potq - query a NEMO potential in the XY plane 
potq [parameter=value]
potq queries a potential and forcefield in the XY plane for
a number of radii, and reports some quantities of the potential. 
The
following parameters are recognized in any order if the keyword is also
given:

- Name of potential. No default. 
- potpars= 
- Parameters for potential
(1st one is pattern speed) 
- potfile= 
- Any optional data file associated with
potential []

- Use this instead of any returned

- max #iterations to find qt. [10]

- minimal fractional
change in qt to abort iterations  [0.001]
