sdfits - fits standard for Single Dish data
SDFITS is a proposed
standard for Single Dish data. It used the BINTABLE convention, where the
spectral-data and meta-data are stored in the BINTABLE columns.
There are
some dialects for SDFITS: "CIMAFITS" (Arecibo) and "MATRIX" (30m/CLASS),
the latter designates the spectrum via a "SPECTRUM" column name, instead
